Our Volunteers
Resource Banq Group is adamant that it has no employees, no staff, no conscripts. Sure there are some major tasks that we do not always immediately love, but we do love the outcomes, the end results, the smiles. As a culture we consider the people the who work with us as volunteers. They have complete choice in whether they are turning up each day, each strange hour it may take to get a job done, but that is the mindset of the volunteer. Much of our philosophy goes against the grain of many large organisations, but there is a simple reason why we apply this methodology because it works. Not only for us but for our customers.

Who serves you better, an employee of a company or a person who has a stake in the company they are associated with and has personal commitment to seeing it work. Someone who is collecting a paycheck or someone who is creating their own paycheck. It is a simple philosophy and we find they are often the most effective. It works and we invite you take a closer look at our success and as such our volunteers success.
To those who are considering a transition or looking for a change in their career, we would hope that you would also take a look at what we do and make the first step in that change by contacting us for an obligation free look into how we integrate the people aspects of our business. We do serious work that has serious challenges, but we also reap serious rewards.
Most people are not worried by challenges, in fact most people live for them, often the real concern is not being rewarded, the risk for most in their career is too high because of the culture or system that they work within. RBG is different, and the risks are not there due to a completely different fabric that binds the organisation. Volunteers at RBG are valued and encouraged to take on those challenges.
RBG provides a unique opportunity to diversify your career through its various company holdings and volunteers benefit from being part of the matrix of products and services within the group.
If you are considering a change in your career or you are entering the job market, then consider RBG and becoming a valued volunteer.
